Norm Gallant interviews George Orestis as he recounts the Big Band era in Maine, including his time with the Fenton Brothers Band from 1929 to 1942.

The band features Richie Blackmore (guitar, Ian Gillan (vocals), Roger Glover (bass), Jon Lord (organ and keyboards), and Ian Paice (drums).

This hour features Billy Cobham's groundbraking jazz fusion album Spectrum in its entirety, featuring Tommy Bolin. Bolin, who died in 1976 at the age of 25, was an exciting guitarist who played with such bands and artist as Zephyr, The James Gang, Deep Purple, Billy Cobham, and Alphonse Mouzon. Cobham's Spectrum and Mouzon's Mind Transplant. To round out the hour, we'll play some of Bolins raw demos.
